| 摘 要： | 目的 研究前列腺素E1对脑缺血再灌注损伤的治疗作用。方法 采用线栓法制备大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型，进行神经症状评分，分别计算脑含水量、脑梗塞体积。结果 大脑中动脉阻断1h再灌注24h，前列腺素E1各剂量组能显著降低脑缺血再灌注大鼠的脑梗塞体积、脑含水量，改善大鼠神经功能缺损症状，降低行为评分。结论 前列腺素E1对脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the thrapeutic effects of PGE 1 on reperfusion injury-after cerebral ischemia.Methods In this study,the rat model of cerebral ischemia reperfusion was established with the middle cerebral artery occlusion by reversible inserting a nylon-thread method,the neurological deficient score of rats in each group was evaluated,the infarct volume were measured by2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC)staining technique,the water content of brain tissues were observed.Results PGE 1 was shown to be able to decrease significantly the infarct volume,the water content of brain and the neurologic deficient score of rats at reperfusion 24h after cerebral ischemia lh.Conclusion PGE 1 has protective effects on reperfusion injury after cerebral ischemia. |
