| 摘 要： | 目的探讨组织工程化人工皮肤的构建与应用。方法无血清培养人原代表皮细胞,接种于经桂枝汤浸泡的异种真皮,进行复合移植。结果人原代表皮细胞在无血清培养下生长增殖较好;桂枝汤浸泡的异种真皮存活时间明显延长;复合移植于烧伤创面上皮片获成活。结论人表皮细胞和经桂枝汤浸泡的异种真皮复合移植可作为一种新的皮肤代用品。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the manufacture and a pplication of human tissue engineering skin.Methods Cultured human keratinocytes under serum-free con dition were bred on xeno-dermis imme rsed in traditional decoction'Gui Zhi Tang',which then transplanted onto the burned wound.Results The human prime keratinocytes grew w ell under the serum-free system.The survival time of xeno-dermis was obviously prolonged with treate d by traditional decoction'Gui Zhi Tang'.The composite skin grafting onto bu rned wound were survival.Conclusion The composite skin graft of human keratinocytes and xeno-dermis immerse d in traditional decoction'Gui Zhi Tang'might be a new skin substitute. |
