摘    要:目的 :探讨两种药物治疗泌尿生殖道衣原体 (Ct)及支原体 (Uu)感染的经济效果。方法 :选择感染 Ct患者 88例和感染 Uu患者 89例 ,将两种病例各分成两组 ,分别给予阿奇霉素和米诺环素 ,后用成本—效果分析方法进行评价。结果 :阿奇霉素为两种药物中疗效较佳的药物。结论 :药物经济学分析在优化治疗方案、指导合理用药、提高经济效益方面具有重要作用

Abstract:Objective: It is to observe the economic effectiveness of two therapeutic schemes on genitourinary system infection caused with C.trachomatis (Ct) and U.urealyticum (Uu). Methods: One hundred and seventy seven patients with the genitourinary system infection were selected. They were caused with Ct (88 patients) or Uu (89 patients). The patients with the two kinds of infection were divided into two groups. They received azithromycin and minocycline respectively. Data was evaluated with the cost effectiveness analysis. Results: The effective of azithromycin was better than that of minocycline. Conclusion: The pharmacoeconomic analysis has important function in optimizing therapeutic scheme, guiding rational use of drug and increasing economic effectiveness.
