患者家属焦虑情绪多因素分析及其相关护理研究

目的研究患者住院期间陪住家属的焦虑情绪,分析焦虑的影响因子,以寻求帮助,减轻患者家属焦虑的应对措施,为患者争取救治机会,为临床护理工作提供新的工作内涵。方法以随机抽样的原则调查住院患者陪住家属70名,使用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及自制问卷进行逐人评定。结果病人家属焦虑分高于常模(P<0.01),影响焦虑情绪主要与家属性格,与患者关系,患者预后恢复程度,家庭经济情况等因素有关。结论患者家属的焦虑情绪发生率受多因素影响,应有针对性给予适当护理措施。

Analysis on related factors of anxiety of family members and its nursing research

Objective To investigate the anxiety of the dependent of patients duration of hospital stay,analyze its related factors,explore assistance to lessen the anxiety of the family member,so as to strive chance of deliverance for patience and supply the new comprehension for nursing.Methods Seventy family members were collected by random sampling and evaluated with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-designed questionnaire.Results The score on anxiety were significantly higher than normal(P<0.05).Anxious emotion of the family members were influenced mainly by the health status,relation with patient,the situation of the patient to recover and status of domestic economy.Conclusions Anxious emotion of the family members were influenced by kinds of factors.We should give the appropriate care for patients.
