| 摘 要： | 目的 总结超选择支气管动脉栓塞治疗大咯血的经验.方法 采用seldinger技术对16例大咯血患者行股动脉穿刺插管,行支气管动脉造影,并采用同轴微导管技术超选出血动脉,用明胶海绵颗粒或聚乙烯醇进行栓塞.结果 超选择支气管动脉栓塞止血效果满意,降低了脊髓损伤和异位栓塞的风险.结论 超选择支气管动脉栓塞,是一种十分有效且安全的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the experiences of superselective bronchial artery embolization. Methods 16 patients with massive hemoptysis were performed selective bronchial arteries angiogrphy and superselective embolization with Gelfoam and PVA. Results Massive hemoptysis in 16 patients were completely controlled. None of severe adverse reaction was occurred. 12 patients had been followed for one year. Recurrence occurred in one patient. Conclusion Superseletive bronchial artery embolization with Gelfoam and PVA is an safe and effective procedure for controlling massive hemoptysis. |
