| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济的进一步发展，我国国有医院的功能定位与发展随之发生改变，但与我国在以市场为导向的经济变革经历了20多年的历程相比，作为医疗主体的医院发育则相对迟缓。这对当今医院管理者提出了更高的要求，改变医院管理理念，提高医院服务功能，强化医院市场意识，才能最大限度地满足广大人民群众对医疗服务、保健等多方面的要求。

| Abstract: | The function localization and the development of the state - run hospital have been changing because of the further development of the socialistic market economy. But compared with the course of the econo-mytransform which has been directed by the market for more than 20 years, the hospital has being developed relatively slow. Therefore it rises a higher request to the hospital administrators. In order to satisfy the requirements of the people in medical care and health protection at the maximum extent,changing the management of the hospial,raising the service function and strengthening the market awareness have become necessities. |
