| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阴道镜下定位活检对宫颈病的诊断价值。方法对516例患者在进行阴道镜检查同时进行定位活检。结果516例定位活检患者中宫颈癌116例,非典型增生26例,尖锐湿疣56例,慢性宫颈炎318例。结论阴道镜检查能及时早期发现宫颈微小病灶,并能选择性定位活检,对早期发现宫颈癌及癌前病变有重要价值。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study accuracy and efficiency of video colposcopic biopsies in diagnosis of cervical squamous intraepithelial lesion. [Methods] 516 cervical biopsies performed under the guidance of video colposcopy. [Results] Cervical carcinoma in 116 patients. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in 26-patients. Vulva condyloma acuminate in 56 patients. Cervicitis in 318 patients. [Conclusions] Video colostomy can find cerical lesions. Video colposcopic biopsies can be a very important diagnostic method in cervical carcinoma. |
