创伤后膝关节功能障碍综合康复治疗的疗效观察

目的：观察对膝关节创伤治疗4周后存在的功能障碍进行综合康复治疗的效果。方法：130例分两组，治疗组80例采用中药浴洗法、蜡疗、运动疗法和中频电疗的综合康复治疗。对照组50例按照医嘱在家或间断康复科门诊治疗，无一定规律性。治疗结束后，对膝关节功能进行评定。结果：治疗组疗效的优良率为87．5％，对照组疗效的优良率为34％，两组优良率比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论：综合康复治疗对伤后或术后4个月内的膝关节功能障碍康复有较好的疗效．而且开始康寅的时间越早疗效越好．

Efficacy of Combined Rehabilitation Management For Dysfunction in Knee Joint After Trauma

Objective:To observe the efficacy of combined rehabilitation management for dysfunction in knee joint with therapy over 4 weeks after trauma.Methods: 130 cases were divided into two groups: treatment group(n=80) and control group(n=50).The treatment group received combined rehabilitation therapy including traditional medicine washing,keritherapy and movement therapy and electrotherapy in medium frequency;and the control group received irregular therapy in home or rehabilitation out-patient clinic.After management,the function in knee joint were evaluated.Results: The rate of fine efficacy was 87.5% in treatement group and 34% in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion: The efficacy of combined rehabilitation management was satisfied in the treatment of dysfunction in knee joint during 4 months after trauma and surgery,which was better specially for the ones received therapy early.
