冠心病病人血浆PAI-1活性的变化

①目的 探讨血浆纤溶酶主活物抑制物－１（ＰＡＩ－１）活性变化与冠心病及其严重程度的关系。②方法 选择冠心病病人７３例，分为稳定心绞痛组，不稳定性心绞痛治疗前、后组和急性心肌梗死组，应用发色底物法对各组血浆ＰＡＩ－１活性变化进行测定。③结果冠心病病人各因浆ＰＡＩ－１活性均高于正常对照组（ｔ＝２．０４～５．０６，Ｐ〈０．０５，０．０１）；除急性心肌梗死组与不稳定性心绞痛治疗前组、稳定性心绞痛组与不稳

CHANGES OF PAI-1 LEVEL IN PATIENTS WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE

Objective\ To study the changes of the plasma PAI 1 activity in the patients with coronary heart disease. Methods\ The plasma PAI 1 activity was measured with enzyme immunoassay in 27 normal subjects and 72 patients with coronary heart disease who were subclassified into 4 groups: patients with acute myocardaic infarction(AMI)( n =22), unstable angina pectoris(UAP)( n =22), stable angina pectoris(SAP)( n =28) and those UAP patients after hospitalized for 2 weeks.\ Results There was striking difference between the AMI group, the UPA group and the control group( t=4.67-5.06,P <0.01), statistical difference between SAP group and after treatment UAP group and the contrast( t=2.04-2.18, P <0.05). There was statistical difference between the AMI group, the UAP group and the SAP group( t =2.45-4.42, P <0.05). There was striking difference between the UAP group before and after treatment( t=2.44,P <0.05).\ Conclusion\ The impairment of fibrinolytic activity caused by increased plasma PAI 1 activity may accelerate the atherosclerosis of the coronary arteries, increase the tendency of thrombosis and induce the acute ischemic sydrome.
