家庭访视对糖尿病病人遵医行为的影响

目的了解出院糖尿病病人的遵医行为及家庭访视对其遵医行为的影响。方法将 10 0例出院糖尿病病人随机分为观察组与对照组各 5 0例 ,观察组进行家庭访视 ,对照组不作干预。 6个月后对两组病人遵医情况及生化指标 (空腹血糖、餐后 2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白等 )进行调查。结果观察组病人遵医情况及生化指标明显优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论对出院糖尿病病人进行家庭访视可提高其遵医行为。

Influence of Family Visit on Treatment Compliance in Diabetes Patients

Objective To find out treatment compliance in diabetes patients who have been discharged from hospital and the influence of family visit on treatment compliance in those patients.Methods One hundred inpatients with diabetes were divided into 2 groups (50 patients for each group): observation group and control group. Family visit was carried out in the observation group. Six months later, the rate of treatment compliance and biochemical index improvement of two groups are surveyed.Results The rate of treatment compliance and biochemical index improvement in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Application of family visit to diabetes patients who have been discharged from hospital can enhance treatment compliance.
