食管良性溃疡的鉴别诊断

引起食管溃疡的病因较多，临床多表现吞咽不适、胸痛、烧心等非特异性症状，内镜下无典型特征性改变，病理活检常仅提示为慢性非特异性炎症，增加了临床诊断难度。因此常常需根据患者临床、内镜、病理活检、影像学检查及一些特殊病原学等各项检查综合诊断，文章结合国内外文献分别探讨引起食管良性溃疡的常见病因及其各项鉴别诊断要点。

The differential diagnosis of benign esophageal ulcers.

Abstract：Esophageal ulcer is caused by a variety of pathogenic factors.These patients usually presented with nonspecific symptoms such as dysphagia，chest pain and heart burn.There are always no typical endoscopic and histological features about these diseases.The differential diagnosis is difficult to make for a part of patients.The diagnosis of esophageal ulcer is always based on the clinical manifestation，endoscopic features，histopathology，imaging examination and some special etiology examination.We explore and analyze these pathogenic factors which caused esophageal benign ulcer and their differential diagnosis by literature review to better management for these diseases.
