| 摘 要： | 恶性室性心律失常是心脏病中的急重症，其起病急骤、表现形式多样，且与心源性猝死高度相关。能否正确识别并及时处理这类心律失常对临床预后有重大的影响。本文对临床上常见的4类恶性室性心律失常做一归纳总结。

| Abstract: | Abstract：Malignant ventricular arrhythmias，highly correlated with sudden cardiac death，are rapid onset and present a diversity of manifestations.Correctly identifying and promptly treating these arrhythmias have critical impacts on the clinical outcomes.The aim of this review article was to summarize four prevalent types of malignant ventricular arrhythmias. |
