| 摘 要： | 对２例重度肿瘤溶解综合征患者的治疗、护理进行临床分析。总结了对肿瘤溶解综合征患者重要的护理措施包括严密观察电解质、肾功能变化，观察胰岛素应用的副反应，加强饮食护理的心理护理等。

| Abstract: | Clinical analysis was conducted on 2 patients with serious tumor lysis syndrome (TLS).It is concluded that nursing intervention such as monitoring of electrolytes, renal function and side-effect of insulin, nutritional support and psychological nursing care were very important for patients with tumor lysis syndrome. |
