试论高等医学教育的过度化现象

创建学习化社会是经济社会发展的必然要求,作为学习化社会条件之一的高等教育大众化也势在必行。但是,高等教育大众化程度一定要和社会经济的发展状况、教育对象的现状相适应。有人提出我国高等教育已经出现过度化现象;作为高等教育的重要组成部分——高等医学教育,作者认为也出现了过度化现象。本文就高等医学教育过度化的特点、成因、危害及对策进行探讨,以期引起社会各界对此现象的关注。

Discussing the excessive phenomenon about higher medical education

Creating studying society is necessary requirement of social economical development, as one of its conditions, the popularity of higher education is emergent. However, it must be coordinated with social economical developing conditions and the present situations of educational individuals. Some experts suggest our national higher education has been emerging excessively ; as one of important kinds of higher education higher medical education, I believe it is also like it. This article discusses about excessive properties, causes, harms and the ways to deal with them in higher medical education to expect all levels of society to pay much attention to it.
