异位妊娠药物治疗三种方法的临床疗效观察

目的 :寻找一种简单、有效、成功率高、副作用小又不影响生育功能的异位妊娠的药物治疗方法。方法 :5 3例患者分为氨甲蝶呤 (MTX)肌肉注射 ( 组 ) ,米非司酮 ( 组 )及 MTX单次肌肉注射配合米非司酮联合治疗 ( 组 )进行比较。结果 : 组较 、 两组能明显缩短β- HCG(绒毛膜促性腺激素 )降至正常范围的时间 ,减少住院日 ,提高治疗成功率 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :氨甲蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠具有用药量小 ,疗效高 ,副作用小等优点 ,可作为临床推广治疗方案

Comparison of Three Methods in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To seek a simple,effective and highly successful pharmactherapeutic method which doesn't effect the patients reproductive function in ectopic pregnancy. Methods 53 cases were divided into group Ⅰ?Ⅱand Ⅲ. Group Ⅰ was treated with Methorexate injection, group Ⅱ with Miferistone and group Ⅲ with the above combined. Results Group Ⅲ shows great differences in shortening the time of blood β-HCG restoring to normal level, decreasing days in hospital, and raising cure rate than that of in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ(P<0.01). Conclusion The combination of Methotrexate and Miferistone in treating ectopic pregnancy is a simple,effective method with highly successful rate and minor side effect. It can be widely used in treating ectopic pregnancy, especially to those who need to keep the reproductive function.
