忍冬属植物化学成分研究进展

目的综述国内外近5年来对忍冬属植物化学成分的研究成果。方法查阅国内外近5年来有关文献,对忍冬属植物的化学成分进行分类和总结,并提出建立忍冬属植物化学成分数据库的设想。结果到目前为止,从忍冬属植物中分离得到的化合物主要有黄酮类31种,皂苷类22种,环烯醚萜苷类12种,绿原酸类11种。结论忍冬属植物种类繁多,化学成分复杂,所以有必要进一步深入研究。针对忍冬属植物化学成分的复杂性,明确建立化学成分数据库工作的紧迫性。

Advances in studies on chemical constituents of Lonicera

OBJECTIVE To review the domestic and foreign research progress of Lonicera over the past five years.METHODS To inspect the domestic and foreign literature over the past five years and summarize the chemical constituents of Lonicera,in order to put forward the idea of establishing the database of chemical constituents of Lonicera.RESULTS So far,the isolated compounds mostly have 31 kinds of flavonoids,22 kinds of Saponins,12 kinds of iridoid glycosides and 11 kinds of chlorogenic acid from the Lonicera.CONCLUISONS More types of Lonicera and more complex chemical constituents,so it is necessary to study furtherly.Take the complicated chemical constituents of Lonicera and definite the urgent work of establishing the database of chemical constituents.
