| 摘 要： | FKN(fractalkine)是由体内多种组织细胞分泌的具有黏附功能的趋化因子,是目前发现的CX3C家族的惟一成员,具有CX3C基序、跨膜区、黏液样结构域的特殊结构。FKN因子对中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞等均有趋化作用。FKN因子能加快炎性因子的渗出,促进炎症级联反应的发生,从而参与多种疾病的发生、发展。本文就FKN与多种临床疾病的关系进行综述。

| Abstract: | FKN（Fractalkine） which is secreted by different kinds of endothelial cells is a kind of chemokine with the function of adhension.It is the unique member of CX3C family which takes along special structural domain of CX3C motif,transmembrane domain and myxoid domain.FKN has chemotactic effect on neutrophil,lymphocyte and mononuclear cell.FKN can speed up the exudation of inflammation,promote the occurrence of inflammation progressional reactions,and subsequently involves in the initiation and development of many diseases.This article reviews the relationship between FKN and some kinds of diseases. |
