诺和龙治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

目的：观察新型口服降糖药－诺和龙(NovoNorm，化学名瑞格列奈）的疗效。方法：对63例2型糖尿病患者应用诺和龙8周。试验为单组，开放，临床试验，其由清洗期，剂量调整期和剂维持期组成，结果：与基础值比较，诺和龙治疗8周后患者空腹血糖（FBG），餐后血糖（PBG）及糖化血红蛋白（GHb)水平均有显著下降，结论：诺和龙有降低2型糖尿病患者空腹、餐后血糖及糖化血红蛋白的效果，且应用后低血糖发生率低，为2型糖尿病患者有效和安全的口服降糖药物。

Efficacy of novonorm in treating type 2 diabetes

objective To observation the efficacy of a new oral hypolycemic agent-Novonorm in type 2 Diabetic Patients.Methods Sixty-three Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were administrated with Novonorm for 8 weeks,The open and single-group clinical trial was composed of l week washout period,4-week dosage adjustment period and 4-week dose maintenance period.Results The results showed that Novonorm reduced the mean fasting and 2hr postprandial blood glucose and GHb levels by 1.74 mmol/L,3.08mmol/L 0.80mmol/L respectiuely.Conclusion This result provides an efficacy in metabdic control and a safety profile of Novonorm in the treatment of diabetes.
