金莲花总黄酮抗炎作用研究

摘    要:目的:观察金莲花总黄酮(TFTL)的抗炎作用,为其临床应用提供实验依据。方法:以阿司匹林(Asp)及金莲花片(JLHT)为阳性对照药,采用大鼠皮内色素渗出法、大鼠足跖肿实验、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法评价0.1,0.2,0.4 g.kg-1TFTL的抗炎活性。结果:TFTL 0.2,0.4 g.kg-1剂量组大鼠皮内蓝斑面积、蓝斑内色素含量(吸光度),足肿胀度和肉芽肿质量均明显低于空白对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01,);TFTL 0.4 g.kg-1剂量组大鼠蓝斑内色素含量(吸光度),足肿胀度和肉芽肿质量均明显低于JLHT 2.4 g.kg-1对照组(P<0.05);TFTL 0.4 g.kg-1组足跖肿胀度低于Asp组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TFTL对足跖肿胀度的抑制作用持续时间为5~6 h,Asp持续时间为3 h。结论:TFTL对大鼠急慢性炎症模型均有明显的抑制作用,其作用优于金莲花片,持续时间长于阿司匹林。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of total flavones of Trollius chinensis Bge (TFTL). Method: The experiments of carrageenin-induced paw edema in rats, histamine-induced pigment oozing from skin vessel in rats and cotton pellet granuloma in rats were used to investigate the effect of TFTL (0.1,0.2,0.4 g·kg-1) on acute and chronic inflammation. Aspirin (Asp) and Jinlianhua tablets (JLHT) were used as positive controls. Result: In 0.2,0.4 g·kg-1 of TFTL groups, the intradermal area of pigment infiltration and pigment content in rats, the paw edema degree in rats and the weight of cotton pellet granuloma in rats were lower than those in the model groups(P<0.05,P<0.01). In 0.4 g·kg-1 of TFTL group, the intradermal pigment content in rats, the paw edema degree of rats and the weight of cotton pellet granuloma in rats were lower than those in JLHT 2.4 g·kg-1 group(P<0.05). In 0.4 g·kg-1 of TFTL group, the paw edema degree was lower than that of Asp 200 mg·kg-1 group(P<0.05). In the test of c arrageenin-induced paw edema in rats, the duration of anti-inflammatory effect in 0.2 g·kg-1 and 0.4 g·kg-1 of TFTL groups were 5-6 h, while the duration of anti-inflammatory effect in 0.2 g·kg-1 of Asp group were 3 h. Conclusion: TFTL showed significant anti-inflammatory effects on acute and chronic inflammation in a dose-dependent manner. Anti-inflammatory effect of TFTL was stronger than that of JLHT. The duration of anti-inflammatory effect of TFTL was longer than that of Asp.
