| 摘 要： | 目的 观察豚鼠肠系膜下神经节（IMG）细胞的5－羟色胺（5－HT）受体分布。方法 采用组织压印片技术和免疫细胞化学染色。结果 1：2000的5－HT第一抗体浓度为最适浓度；在豚鼠IMG细胞膜上存在有5－HT受体。结论 在豚鼠IMG细胞膜上存在有5－HT受体，且呈区域性分布。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the distribution of 5-HT receptor in neurons of guinea pig inferior mesenteric ganglion(IMG). Methods Tissue imprint and immunocytochemical staining were made from the neurons of IMG. Results 1∶2 000 of the frist antibody density was the fittest. The 5-HT receptor existed in neurons of IMG. Conclusion The 5-HT receptor can exist in neurons of IMG and distribute locally. |
