药流和无痛人流终止早孕的效果比较

目的：探讨药物流产及无痛人流的临床效果及不良反应情况。方法：以108例早孕患者为研究对象,患者均要求终止妊娠。随机将患者分为药物流产组（A组）及无痛人流组（B组）各54例。比较两组患者的流产效果,治疗前精神状态评分、术中流血量及治疗后阴道流血时间及腹痛持续时间。结果：A组患者完全流产38例,完全流产率70.4%;B组患者完全流产52例,完全流产率96.3%（P〈0.001）。治疗前A组患者的焦虑、抑郁状况评分分别45.7分及47.4分,B组评分分别为49.1分和49.2分,两组间差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。A组术中出血量30.1 ml,阴道流血持续时间8.8d,腹痛持续时间60.2min,均显著高于B组16.7ml、3.7d及5.4min（P〈0.05）。结论：与药流相比,无痛人流完全流产率高,术中出血量低,术后腹痛及流血持续时间短,临床推广价值大。

The effects of drug abortion and painless termination on early pregnancy

Objective To investigate the effects and side - effects of drug abortion and painless termination of early pregnancy. Methods 108 cases of early pregnancy patients was divided into drug abortion group （ A group） and painless termination group （ B group）, 54 patients per group. Compared the abortion, mental state score before treatment, the amount of intraoperative bleeding and the time of vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain after treatment. Results A group of 38 cases was with complete abortion, and the complete abortion rate was 70. 3%, while the B group was 52 patients with complete abortion, the complete abortion rate was 96. 3%. Before treatment, the anxiety and depression scores of A group were 45.7 and 47.4 respectively, those of group B were 49. 1 and 49. 2. The difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0. 05）. The blood loss, vaginal bleeding duration and abdominal pain duration of A group was 30. lml, 8. 8d and 60. 2min respectively, those were significantly higher than of B group 16.7ml, 3.7d and 5.4min （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Compared drug abortion, with painless termination was with high clinical value for it＇ s completely painless abortion rate, low blood loss, postoperative pain and bleeding of short duration.
