强直性脊柱炎从肾、督脉论治的理论探讨

从肾、督脉探讨强直性脊柱炎的发病机制。认为强直性脊柱炎（AS）的发病主要责之于肾、督脉。肾督亏虚、阳气不足为其本;后天外邪侵袭（风、寒、湿）,饮食劳倦,情志不遂,气候环境等为其标。治疗宜温肾壮督,通络止痛,扶正祛邪,标本兼顾。

Theoretical investigation of treatment of ankylosing spondylitis based on kidney and governor vessel

This paper aims to investigate the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis（ AS） based on the kidney and governor vessel. It is considered that the pathogenesis of AS is mainly attributed to the kidney and governor vessel. Kidney and Du-meridian deficiency and yang qi insufficiency are the internal cause of AS,and exogenous pathogenic factors（ wind,cold,and dampness）,improper diet and overstrain,emotional upset,and climate and environment are external causes. AS should be managed by warming the kidney and tonifying the governor vessel,freeing collateral vessels and relieving pain,strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogens,and treating both internal cause and external cause of the disease.
