167例栓塞类疾病患者的血浆D-二聚体检验结果分析

目的:分析栓塞类疾病患者的血浆D-二聚体检验结果,以此为基础进行D-二聚体的栓塞类疾病诊疗价值的探讨。方法:对167例栓塞类疾病患者的血浆D-二聚体检验结果进行回顾性分析,分析检验结果与患病的相关性。结果:167例栓塞类疾病患者的血浆D-二聚体含量平均值高于145例正常受检人的血浆D-二聚体含量,且与正常组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:血浆D-二聚体检验在栓塞类疾病的诊断中具有重要的意义,可以帮助医师快速确诊、及时跟进治疗情况,具有重要的辅助诊断价值。

Analysis on clinical test results of plasma D - dimer among 167 cases of patients with thrombosis diseases

Objective Based on the analysis of the clinical test results of plasma D -dimer among 167 cases of patients with thrombosis diseases , discuss the value of D - dimer in diagnosing thrombosis dieases . Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical test results of 167 patients with thrombosis diseases was employed to summarize the relativity between plasma D - dimer and thrombosis diseases. Results The average value of the plasma D - dimer content of 167 patients with thrombosis diseases is higher than that of the 145 healthy controls, and compared to the healthy controls, the differences is statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The plasma D - dimer test has great value on the diagnosis of the Thrombosis diseases by helping doctors make definite diagnoses and follow up treatment condition of the patients, and it has a important assistant diagnostic value.
