自拟痛经汤治疗阳虚寒凝血瘀型痛经24例临床观察

目的：观察痛经汤治疗阳虚寒凝血瘀型痛经的临床疗效。方法：将48例原发性痛经证属阳虚寒凝血瘀型痛经患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各24例;治疗组采用痛经汤口服,对照组采用布洛芬口服,治疗5个月经周期。观察两组临床疗效和痛经症状评分变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为91.67%,对照组为79.17%（P〈0.05）;治疗后两组痛经症状积分较治疗前明显降低（P〈0.05）,且治疗组均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：痛经汤治疗阳虚寒凝血瘀型痛经疗效显著。

Clinical Observation on ＂Tongjing Decoction＂ Treat 24 cases of Dysmenorrheal belongs to Yang Deficiency,Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of oral ＂Tongjing Decoction＂ on the treatment of dysmenorrheal belongs to Yang Deficiency, Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis. Methods Forty - eight women with primary dysmenorrheal belongs to Yang Deficiency, Cold Coagulation and Blood Stasis were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 24 cases were treated by ＂Tongjing Decoction＂ and control group in which 24 cases were treated by ＂Ibuprofen Granules＂, with a course of five menstrual cy- cles. The clinical efficacy and dysmenorrhea score were evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 91.67% in treatment group and 79. 17% in control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment, the dysmenorrhea score were strikingly reduced in both groups （P 〈 0. 05）, with more significant reduction in treatment group than in control group （ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ＂Tongjing Decoction＂ is effective for dysmenorrhea of yang deficiency, cold coagulation and blood stasis.
