100例妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理

目的:加强对妊娠期糖尿病患者的护理,做好饮食、心理、胰岛素治疗、预防低血糖和感染、出院指导等护理,有利于妊娠期糖尿病的良好控制,达到生育健康新生儿的目的。方法:入院后对患者进行健康教育,根据患者不同的心理特点给予相应的心理护理,并加强妊娠期、分娩期、产褥期及新生儿的护理措施,配合饮食控制和药物治疗。结果:100例患者中分娩孕周38周10例,38～40周90例;病理妊娠分娩期并发症22例,其中妊娠高血压综合征(轻度)8例,泌尿系感染14例;胎婴并发症30例,其中巨大儿10例,高胆红素血症8例,胎儿宫内窘迫8例,新生儿感染4例。分娩方式:剖宫产39例,自然分娩61例。结论:加强对糖尿病患者在妊娠期、分娩、产后各阶段及新生儿的护理,积极采取预防性护理措施,可使患者的病理妊娠、分娩期并发症及胎婴的并发症显著下降,促进母婴健康。

Nursing of 100 patients of gestational diabetes

Objective：To strengthen gestational diabetes care,good diet,psychological,insulin,low blood sugar and infection prevention and discharge guidance was conducive to control of gestational diabetes and to achieve the purpose of birth healthy babies.Methods：After admission on their health education,according to different psychological characteristics to give the appropriate psychological care,and to strengthen pregnancy,childbirth,postpartum and newborn care measures,with diet-controlled clinical treatment,and achieved satisfactory results.Results：The gestational birth age38 weeks in 10 cases,38-40 weeks in 90 cases;pathology in 22 cases of pregnancy complications in childbirth,including pregnancy hypertension 8 cases and urinary tract infection in 13 cases;tire infants and 30 cases of complications,of which 10 cases of macrosomia,hyperbilirubinemia 8 cases,and all eight cases of fetal distress 8 cases,neonatal infection in 4 cases.39 cases of cesarean section delivery mode,61 cases of natural childbirth.Conclusion：To strengthen diabetes during pregnancy,childbirth,postpartum and newborn care at all stages,and actively take preventive care measures to enable the patient＇s pathological pregnancy,childbirth complications and fetal complications in infants decreased significantly,promoting maternal and child health.
