| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨高危前列腺增生症(BPH)患者应用经尿道前列腺电汽化术(TUVP)治疗的可行性与安全性。方法回顾性分析34例高危前列腺增生患者经尿道前列腺电汽化术治疗的临床资料。结果 34例术中经过均顺利.术后随访3～12个月,2例术后3个月内出血(5.88％),1例发生尿道外口狭窄(2.94％),均经处理而恢复。结论 高危前列腺增生患者应用TUVP治疗是安全的和可行性,但应注意充分做好围手术期的处理。

| Abstract: | Aim: purpose: To evaluate the feasibility and safety of transurethral elcetrovaOorization of prostate (TUVP) operated on Patients with benign prostate hypertropy(BPH) in high risk. Method:The clinic date of 34 BPH Cases with high risk by transurethral electrovaporization of prostate were analysed retrospectively. Results: All patients were operated xuccessfully and followed up at 3 to 12 months. Postoperative complications in cloded bleeding in 5.88% during 3 months, Urehtral meatus stricture in 2.94 % . All were healed after treatment. Conclusion: It is feasibility and safety for patients with BPH. in highrisk by Tuvp. But the proper perioperative Management should be payed attention to. |
