清洁切口预防性使用抗菌药物情况的调查与管理

目的调查医院院清洁切口预防性使用抗菌药物情况,以制定管理策略,指导临床合理用药。方法选取医院手术患者250例,对清洁切口预防性使用抗生素情况进行回顾性分析并进行合理性评价。结果清洁切口预防性抗菌药物使用率为50.8%,术后抗生素使用比例较高,且用药时间过长。结论清洁切口预防性使用抗菌药物存在用药指征把握不严、用药时机不当、用药时间过长、选择抗生素起点过高等问题,必须加强管理,合理使用抗生素。

INVESTIGATION AND MANAGEMENT OF PROPHYLACTIC USE OF ANTIMICROBIAL IN CLEAN INCISION SURGERY

Objective To investigate prophylactic use of antimicrobial in clean incision surgery in our hospital and to formulate management strategy to guide reasonable clinical drug use.Methods The antimicrobial use of 250 patients with clean incision were investigated and evaluated rationally.Results The using rate of antimicrobial in our hospital was 50.8% for typeⅠ incision.The using rate of antimicrobial after operation was higher and the duration was longer.Conclusion There were some defects in antimicrobial use for clean incision surgery in our hospital including wide medication indication,non-appropriate medication opportunity,higher starting point of selecting antimicrobial.It′s necessary to strengthen the management and to use antimicrobial rationally.
