医务人员专业图书借阅状况调查

目的调查医务人员的专业图书借阅状况,了解医务人员阅读专业书籍的动向。方法归类、汇总176名不同专业技术岗位不同专业技术职称医务人员借阅不同种类专业图书数量,对数据进行统计学分析。结果执业职称类、学历教育类、专业技能类、科研论文类图书借阅的数量,初级职称者分别是(6.19±1.34)、(6.16±1.35)、(2.40±1.98)、(1.29±1.21)本;中级职称者分别是(4.55±1.37)、(4.41±1.33)、(3.61±2.68)、(2.22±1.81)本;高级职称者分别是(1.51±0.91)、(2.23±1.37)、(6.54±3.53)、(6.23±3.74)本;医生分别是(4.45±2.61)、(4.55±2.23)、(6.58±2.61)、(3.74±3.01)本;护士分别是(4.41±1.76)、(4.49±1.74)、(1.29±0.89)、(1.04±0.92)本;医技人员分别是(4.64±2.04)、(4.75±2.06)、(7.11±2.13)、(5.57±3.40)本。结论高级职称者借阅科研论文类、专业技能类图书较多;初级、中级职称者借阅执业职称类、学历教育类图书较多;专业技能类、科研论文类图书在医技人员、医生中借阅较多,护士借阅最少。

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS OF BORROWING SITUATION OF PROFESSIONAL BOOKS IN MEDICAL WORKERS OF HOSPITAL

Objective To investigate the borrowing situation of medical professional books,to know the tendency of different kinds of medical workers. Methods To classify and summarize the books borrowed by 176 medical professionals from different specialty positions and technical titles,to analyze the data by statistics. Results The amount of the books about professional certification and technical title,degree education,specialty skills,research and paper writing borrowed by medical professional with primary technical title were 6.19±1.34,6.16±1.35,2.40±1.98,1.29±1.21 copies respectively;intermediate technical title 4.55±1.37,4.41±1.33,3.61±2.68,2.22±1.18 copies respectively;senior technical title 1.51±0.19,2.23±1.37,6.54±3.53,6.23±3.74 copies respectively;doctors 4.45±2.61,4.55±2.23,6.58±2.61,3.74±3.01 copies respectively;nurses 4.41±1.76,4.49±1.74,1.29±0.89,1.04±0.92 copies respectively;medical technicians 4.64±2.04,4.75±2.06,7.11±2.13,5.57±3.40 copies respectively. Conclusion Medical professional with senior technical title borrowed more books about research and paper writing and specialty skill,medical professional with primary title and intermediate tile borrow more books about professional certification and technical title and degree education.Specialty skills and research and paper writing kind of books are borrowed more by medical technicians and doctors,less by nurses.
