| 摘 要： | 目的探讨抗结核药致药物性肝损害的发病情况与特点。方法回顾性调查分析2011年1月～2011年12月住院肺结核患者在抗结核治疗中出现肝损害的相关临床资料。结果抗结核治疗致药物性肝损害与患者年龄、结核病类型、用药时间及合并其他疾病等因素有关。结论抗结核治疗中多种影响因素可诱发药物性肝损害,应引起重视,并定时检测肝功能,采用合理的干预措施,以保障患者得到安全有效治疗并治愈疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective The explore the incidence of anti-TB drug induced liver injuries and its characteristics.Methods Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of inpatients with impaired liver function induced by anti-TB treatment from January 2011 to December 2011.Results Anti-TB drug treatment induced liver injury associated with age,TB type,and administration time and associated other diseases and other factors.Conclusion Variety of factors can induce drug liver injuries,it must be pay attention to and regular liver function test as well as rational intervention measures must be carry out so that insure the patients have safe and effective treatment curing their disease. |
