布渣叶挥发油的气相色谱-质谱联用分析

摘    要:目的分析布渣叶挥发油的化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取布渣叶的挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法分析鉴定挥发油中的化学成分,并用面积归一化法计算各成分的相对含量。结果从布渣叶中共分离得到32个成分,经计算机谱库检索鉴定了26个化合物,占挥发油总量的99.35%。布渣叶挥发油中含量较高的成分是正十六酸、十八碳烯酸甲酯、亚油酸甲酯、植醇、二十九烷等。结论本实验为该药材挥发油的开发和利用提供了一定科学基础。

ANALYSIS OF THE ESSENTIAL OILS FROM MICROCOS PANICULATA L. BY GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY-MASS SPECTROMETRY

Abstract:Objective To analyze the chemical components of the essential oils from Microcos paniculata L.. Methods The essential oils from Microcos paniculata L.were extracted by steam distillation.The constituents of the essential oils were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and their relative contents were determined by area normalization method. Results 32 compounds were separated and analyzed,26 of them accounted for 99.35% of the total content were identified.The major constituents were n-Hexadecanoic acid,Methyl(10E)-10-octadecenoate,Methyl(9E,12E)-9,12-octadecadienoate,Phytol,Nonacosane,etc. Conclusion The method provided the scientific basis for the exploitation and utilization of Microcos paniculata L..
