摘    要:目的研究缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表达与子宫内膜异位症血管生成的关系,探讨HIF-1α在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的可能作用。方法用免疫组化法检测HIF-1α、VEGF在子宫内膜异位症异位、在位内膜组织及正常子宫内膜组织中的表达,CD34单克隆抗体标记血管内皮细胞以计数子宫内膜组织中的MVD。结果子宫内膜异位症异位内膜组织中HIF-1α、VEGF、MVD的表达显著高于在位内膜与正常内膜组织(p<0.01);HIF-1α与VEGF、MVD的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.906,p=0.000;r=0.777,p=0.000);VEGF与MVD的表达呈显著正相关(r=0.639,p=0.000)。结论 HIF-1α蛋白在子宫内膜异位症组织中的异常表达对该病的发生起着重要作用,HIF-1α与VEGF可能共同促进了子宫内膜异位症的血管生成。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1alpha(HIF-1α) and angiogenesis in endometriosis(EMSS) and to investigate the effects of HIF-1α on the pathogenesis of endometriosis.Methods HIF-1α,VEGF expression was detected by immunohistochemistry in eutopic/ectopic endometrium of EMSS and normal endometrium tissue.Vascular endothelial cell was marked with CD34 monoclonal antibody to calculate the microvessel density of endometrial tissue.Results The positive expression of HIF-1α,VEGF and MVD in ectopic endometrium of EMSS were significantly higher than those in eutopic/normal endometrium tissue(p<0.01).HIF-1α was positively correlated with VEGF and MVD(r=0.906,p=0.000;r=0.777,p=0.000),and the expression of VEGF were tightly correlated with MVD(r=0.639,p=0.000).Conclusion The over expression of HIF-1α plays an important role in the generation of EMSS.HIF-1α and VEGF may play a synergetic action in the angiogenesis of EMSS.
