AO张力带内固定加肩锁关节融合术治疗肩锁关节脱位

目的探讨应用AO张力带内固定加肩锁关节融合术治疗肩锁关节脱位的可行性及临床疗效。方法对16例TossyⅢ型肩锁关节脱位应用AO张力带内固定加肩峰取骨植骨、肩锁关节融合术治疗。结果 16例均获随访,时间8～26个月,平均18.0个月。X线检查示肩锁关节获得融合,融合时间8～14个月,平均10.0个月。关节无疼痛14例,轻度疼痛2例。肩部活动无明显受限。术后8～12个月内拆除内固定。结论 AO张力带内固定加肩锁关节融合术治疗肩锁关节脱位,费用低,固定及预后良好,并发症较少。

THE EFFECT OF THERAPY FOR ACROMIOCLAVICULAR JOINT DISLOCATION WITH AO TENSION BAND FIXATION AND ACROMIOCLAVICULAR JOINT FUSION

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of treatment of AO tension band fixation and acromioclavicular joint fusion for Acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Methods 16 cases of TossyⅢ type acromioclavicular joint dislocation were treated with AO tension band internal fixation plus bone grafting from acromion and acromioclavicular joint fusion.Results 16 cases were followed-up from 6~26 months with an average of 18.0 months.X-ray examination showed acromioclavicular joint got fusion in 8~14 months,with average time 10.0 months.Joint had no pain in 14 cases,slight pain in 2 cases.No evidence of limitation of shoulder activity.The internal fixation were moved in 8~12 months. Conclusion Acromioclavicular joint dislocation treatment of AO tension band fixation and acromioclavicular joint fusion has the advantage of lower cost,fixation and prognosis well and less complications.
