新生儿低血糖脑病影像表现

目的探讨新生儿低血糖脑病(HE)的影像学特点。方法回顾分析我院2007～2012年临床确诊的6例新生儿低血糖脑病的影像资料。结果 4例行MRI检查,3例表现为双侧顶、枕叶片状异常信号,T1WI呈稍低信号,T2WI呈稍高信号,FLAIR序列呈稍低信号,2例复查恢复正常,1例未复查;1例为低血糖治疗后行MRI检查,表现为双侧枕叶脑回皱缩改变,临床表现正常。2例行CT检查,为双侧顶枕叶低密度,1例完全恢复正常,1例合并蛛网膜下腔出血,治疗后MRI复查枕叶形成瘢痕脑。结论 HE患儿早期进行影像检查对诊疗策略和早期干预具有重要意义。

THE IMAGING CHARACTERISTICS OF NEONATAL HYPOGLYCEMIA ENCEPHALOPATHY

Objective To investigate the imaging characteristics of neonatal hypoglycemia encephalopathy(HE). Methods Retrospectively analyze six cases of neonatal hypoglycemia encephalopathy image data,AII of them has clinically diagnosed from 2007 to 2012. Results 4 cases scanned by MR,three of them showed slightly hypointensity on T1WI,slightly hyperintensity on T2WI,hyperintensity on T2Flair,involved the bilateral top and occipital lobe.The two cases were reversible after treatment,one case did not recheck by imaging.The other one scanned after treatment,which performance brain shrinkage in bilateral occipital lobe when clinical situation is normal;2 cases were performed low density on bilateral parietal and occipital which scanned by CT,the one recovered to normal completely,the other case concomitance subarachnoid hemorrhage,and the MR performance occipital lobe scarring which scanned after treatment. Conclusion Early imaging check in HE children has significance to treatment strategies and early intervention.
