脑白质损伤早产儿血清白细胞介素-6及神经元特异性烯醇化酶的变化

摘    要:目的了解脑白质损伤早产儿血清白细胞介素-6及神经元特异性烯醇化酶的变化。方法观察组为脑白质损伤早产儿35例,对照组为正常早产儿36名。采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别于生后1、7、14 d检测两组血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平。结果观察组患儿血清IL-6和NSE生后1、7 d明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均p<0.01)。结论脑白质损伤早产儿血清IL-6和NSE的浓度在早期出现明显变化。

Abstract:Objective To study the change of serum interleukin-6(IL-6)and neuron specific enolase(NSE) in the white matter damaged preterm infants.Methods Thirty five preterm infants with white matter damage were allocated to the treatment group,and thirty six healthy preterm infants were selected to the control group.ELISA method was taken to measure two groups′ serum IL-6 and NSE levels in the first day,seventh day and fourteenth day after birth.Results IL-6 and NSE in the preterm infants with white matter damage in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in control group(p<0.01,p<0.05).Conclusion The levels of IL-6 and NSE in the preterm infants with white matter damage changed obviously in early stage.
