| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对抗结核药物性肝损患者治疗依从性的影响。方法随机将120例抗结核药物性肝损患者分为研究组和对照组各60例。两组患者均采取门诊常规护理、健康宣教,研究组在此基础上由经相关培训后的专人负责针对患者实施全程护理干预。结果研究组患者在规则服药、定期复诊等治疗依从性及起居规律、合理饮食、情绪稳定、适当运动等健康行为和完成疗程均优于对照组。结论全程护理干预能提高抗结核药物性肝损患者的治疗依从性,患者能更好配合治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on treatment compliance in TB cases with liver injury caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs. Methods 120 TB cases with liver injury caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs were randomly divided into two groups: 60 cases received nursing intervention as experiment group,and the remaining 60 cases as control group.All the cases received regular chemotherapy and the experiment group′s cases will be given whole course nursing interventions. Results The difference of treatment compliance was significant between the two groups.The rate of treatment compliance of cases in the experiment group is higher than the control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention can increase the rate of treatment compliance of cases and make the cases recovery. |
