突聋预后的影响因素分析

目的探讨影响突聋预后的影响因素,为临床治疗提供指导。方法收集78例住院治疗的突聋患者临床资料,通过多元logistic回归分析性别、年龄、发病诱因、发病时伴随症状、就诊时间、基础疾病、听力损失程度、听力曲线类别等对突聋预后的影响。结果上升型听力曲线、听力损失程度、就诊时间入选logistic回归模型,其OR值分别为:0.20、1.30和1.19;p值分别为:<0.000 1、0.003和0.04。结论上升型听力曲线突聋患者预后相对较佳;听力损失程度越重,就诊时间越晚,突聋预后越差。

THE ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCING FACTORS ON THE PROGNOSIS OFSUDDEN DEAFNESS

Objective To study out the influencing factors on the prognosis of sudden deafness. MethodsCollected seventy-eight sudden deafness in-patients,and analyzed influencing factors on prognosis,such as age,gender,incentives,accompanying symptoms,the degree of hearing-loss,audiogram type,treatment time,and so on. ResultsThe OR of low-frequency hearing-loss,degree of hearing-loss and span of pathogenesis to treatment are 0.20(p<0.0001),1.30(p=0.003) and 1.19(p=0.04). ConclusionThe degree of hearing-loss,the treatment time is the negative factors,while the low-frequency audiogram is positive factor.
