从现代医学的角度论中医"肝"和"脾"的实体

中医“脏腑肝”最初对应的人体实体是“解剖脾”，“脏腑脾”最初对应的实体是“解剖肝”。但随着医学的发展和人们对脏腑功能认识的深化，中医“脏腑肝”所对应的实体已发展到以“解剖脾”为代表的免疫系统和内分泌系统；而“脏腑脾”所对应的实体则发展到以“解剖肝”为代表的大小消化腺。因此，在中西医交流中将中医“脏腑脾”翻译为“Liver”，而将中医“脏腑肝”翻译为“Spleen”应更为合适。

Material Object of Liver and Spleen in TCM from Modern Medical Point of View

Zangfu liver in TCM is initially equivalent to anatomical spleen of human body, while zangfu spleen to the anatomical liver. With the development of medicine and people's thorough understanding of zangfu function, the corresponding material object of zangfu liver in TCM has been developed into immune system and endocrine system represented by anatomical spleen,while the corresponding material object of zangfu spleen into large digestive gland and small digestive gland represented by anatomical liver .Therefore , in the communication of TCM with western medicine, zangfu spleen and zangfu liver should be translated respectively into liver and spleen.
