中药汤剂加减联合西医治疗慢性支气管哮喘对照研究

[目的]观察中药汤剂加减联合西医治疗慢性支气管哮喘疗效。[方法]将我院2009年至2011年间收治的108例慢性支气管哮喘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各54例,对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,治疗组患者在此基础上加用中药汤剂加减治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的临床症状与体征改变情况。[结果]两组患者治疗后的中医证候积分较治疗前均有显著改善(P<0.05),而治疗组患者的中医证候积分改善情况较对照组患者更为明显(P<0.05)。[结论]采用中医药治疗慢性支气管哮喘临床疗效好,操作较为简便,且药物毒副作用小,建议临床进一步推广使用。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Jiajian Combined with Western Medicine for Treatment of Chronic Bronchial Asthma Control Study

[Objective] To observe the traditional Chinese medicine decoction Jiajian combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic bronchial asthma.[Methods] In our hospital between 2009 and 2011 treated 108 cases of chronic bronchial asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,54 cases in each group,control group was treated with routine western medicine therapy,patients in the treatment group on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treating.Comparison of two groups of patients before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and signs of change.[Results] Two groups of patients after treatment of the TCM syndrome scoring lower than that before treatment were significantly improved(P < 0.05),while the treatment group patients with TCM syndrome integral improvement than the control group patients more obviously(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Using traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic bronchial asthma clinical curative effect good,comparatively simple and convenient operation,and little medicine toxic side effect,clinical recommendations for further promotion.
