我院住院患者退药情况调查及分析

目的：分析我院住院药房退药现状及原因,为制定相应措施提供依据。方法：对我院2009年7月1日～2010年3月31日住院药房不同病区退药申请单按季度进行分类统计。结果：我院不同病区的退药情况差异较大;退药量较多的科室为外科,肿瘤科和ICU;外科退药原因大多是病情变化;其他退药原因较多的依次为病情好转不需继续使用,患者拒用,转科,药物不良反应,死亡等。结论：我院各病区均有退药现象,个别科室退药量较多,应建立健全规章制度和规范服务条件。

Analysis about Drug Returning of Inpatients in Our Hospital

Objective： To investigate the drug returning of inpatient pharmacy in our hospital and to provide a basis for the corresponding measures. Methods： The drug returning data in inpatient pharmacy from July 1 st, 2009 to March 31 st, 2010 were statistically analyzed according to quarter. Results： The situation of drug returning is different in different wards： surgery department showing the highest percentage, following by tumor department and ICU department; for surgery department, drug returning was mainly due to the condition changes, other reasons are drug withdrawal due to condition improvement, patients＇ refusing, transferring to another department, adverse drug reactions, deaths and so on; Conclusion： Drug rerurning occured in every ward of our hospital, and some departments always maintain high percentage of drug returning. Rules and regulations should be established and perfected and service conditions should be standardized.
