| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清CA12 5和唾液酸 (SA)对卵巢子宫内膜异位症及卵巢良性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法对 30例卵巢巧克力囊肿、30例卵巢良性肿瘤和 1 5例正常妇女采用放免法测定血清CA12 5值 ,比色法测定血清SA值。结果卵巢巧克力囊肿组血清CA12 5均值明显高于良性肿瘤组及正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而血清SA均值三组间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。结论血清CA12 5测定对巧克力囊肿有辅助诊断价值 ,且有助于与卵巢良性肿瘤的鉴别

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of serum CA 125 and sialic acid (SA) assays in diagnosis of ovarian endometriosis and ovarian benign tumors.Methods Thirty patients with ovarian endometriosis,thirty patients with ovarian benign tumor and fifteen normal women were studied.The serum CA 125 level were determined by immunoradio metric assay.The serum SA level were detected by chemical colorimetric method.Result The mean CA 125 levels in patients with ovarian endometriosis were significantly higher than thet with ovaran benign tumor and in normal women (P<0.01).The mean SA levels were similar in all three groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Serum CA 125 assay is of great assistance to the dignosis of ovarian endometriosis as well as to its differential diagnosis with ovarisn benign tumors. |
