B超监测卵泡发育的临床分析

目的 本文旨在探讨B超监测卵泡发育排泡在治疗无排卵性不育症中的价值。方法 B超对15例36个自然周期和77例112个促排卵周期的卵泡发育情况进行观察。结果 自然周期平均每天增长1．95mm；排卵前卵泡平均值为20.89mm，促排卵周期平均每天增长2.3mm，排卵前卵泡平均直径为22.9mm。促排卵有效率为77．7％，妊娠率为41．6％。结论 在治疗无排卵性不孕症中，B超监测卵泡的生长、发育及排卵，指导药物的合理应用是一种安全可靠的监测手段。

A Clinical Analysis of B-ultrasonography in Monitoring the Growing-up of Follicles

Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of B-ultrasonography in monitoring the growing-up of follicles and ovulation in non-ovulational sterilities.Methods The growing-up of follicles in 36 natural ovulation cycles of 15 cases and 112 ovulation-inducing cycles of 77 cases were investigated.Results The follicles in natural ovulation cycles enlarge 1.95mm in diameter each day and the average diameter is 20.89mm before ovulation,then in ovulation-inducing cycles,the follicles enlarge 2.3mm and the average diameter is 22.9mm before ovulation.The effective rate with ovulation-inducing is 77.7%,pregnancy rate is 41.6%.Conclusion To the non-ovulational sterilities,it is a safe and reliable methord using B-ultrasonography to monitor the growing-up of follicles and the ovulation.
