| 摘 要： | 分析本院41例意外职业暴露医务人员的职业结构、暴露原因、暴露源、暴露级别、暴露后处理及预后,显示医务人员对职业暴露危害性认知不足、不能严格执行安全操作规程、个人防护用品不到位,要加强管理和培训、配备必要的防护用品,制定相应的职业卫生防护标准。

| Abstract: | 41 persons were investigated who encountered occupational exposure by accident about their career,exposure reasons,resource,level and measures.The results revealed the reasons including that health care personals(PCPs) do not recognize the hazard of the occupational exposure;operate safely;do not have appropriate Personnel Protect Equipments(PPEs).It's necessary to enhance the management and on-the-job training,to fit out essential PPEs,and to establish a corresponding standard to protect PCPs from being harmed by occupational exposure. |
