2型糖尿病患者胰岛素与血压的关系

目的：探讨２型糖尿病患者血中胰岛素含量与血压的关系。方法 分别对糖尿病患者合并高血压组（４０例）与正常血压组（１５例）行口服糖耐量试验和胰岛素释放试验，并以血压与胰岛素、胰岛素敏感性指数及体重指数、糖化血红蛋白等其他因素进行相关性分析。结果：两组血糖水平基本相同，高血压组较正常血压组胰岛素水平显著增高，胰岛素敏感性指数明显降低；血压分别与空腹胰岛素及胰岛素敏感性指数呈显著性正、负相关。结论：高胰岛

Relationship between insulin and blood pressure in type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To investigate the relationship between insulin and blood pressure in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods \ Oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and oral glucose insulin releasing test (OGIRT) were performed in hypertension group (40 cases) and normal blood pressure group (15 cases) of patients with diabetes mellitus. Correlation analysis between blood pressure and insulin, insulin sensitivity index (SI), BMI, GHbA 1C or other factors was performed. Results\ The blood glucose levels were similar in the two groups, but elevated insulin levels and lowered SI were found in hypertension group. Blood pressure was positively correlated with fast insulin but negatively with SI. Conclusion\ Hyperinsulinemia and/or insulin resistance is an independent risk factor for hypertension.
