中医综合疗法治疗小儿秋季腹泻疗效观察

目的:探讨中医综合疗法治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法:95例秋季腹泻患儿,随机分为观察组50例和对照组45例,观察组应用健脾止泻汤,外用丁桂儿脐贴,并辅以思密达保留灌肠治疗,对照组口服给予思密达和金双歧,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为96.0%,对照组总有效率为82.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。未出现严重不良反应。结论:中医综合疗法治疗小儿秋季腹泻的疗效确切,副作用小,值得推广应用。

Efficacy observation on treating children with autumn diarrhea in TCM

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy for the treatment of infantile autumn diarrhea in TCM. Methods:95 cases of autumn diarrhea were randomly divided into observation group of 50 cases and control group of 45 patients, the observation group was treated with Jianpizhixie decoction, and the topical Dinggui child umbilical paste, plus the smecta retention enema, control group was given orally Smecta and Jinshuangqi, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group, the total efficiency was 82.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions. Conclusion:The efficacy of combination therapy of TCM on treating children with autumn diarrhea is exact and has side effects, should be widely applied.
