| 摘 要： | 对10例肝胆胰术后出血患者进行介入治疗,其中9例行超选择动脉栓塞,栓塞材料为明胶海绵颗粒剂6例、弹簧圈3例,栓塞的同时动脉灌注立止血2～4kU;1例仅局部行动脉灌注立止血4ku。选择性血管造影显示,单纯假性动脉瘤形成3例,造影剂外溢6例,未发现明显出血部位1例。介入治疗手术均顺利完成,术后出血停止,随访1个月无再出血。超选择血管栓塞治疗肝胆胰术后出血安全、有效,仅灌注立止血也可以取得良好效果。
