| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT导向下^125I粒子组织间植入治疗恶性肿瘤的护理体会。方法：50例中晚期恶性肿瘤病人，均在CT引导下进行肿瘤内^125I粒子植入术，对所有患者术前、术后护理进行回顾性分析。结果：由于对所有患者术前术中及术后进行较合理的护理，50例患者均顺利完成125I粒子植入，无任何并发症发生，成功率为100％。结论：正确合理的护理是CT导向下^125I粒子组织间植入是一种的一个重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the nursing experience of 125 I seeds implants into tissue by guiding CT for malignant tumours treatmnet.Methods:50 patients were implanted 125 I seeds by guiding CT. All patients were analyzed preoperation,intraoperation and after operation. Results: All patients were succeeded in implanting 125 I seeds and no complication was found.Conclusion:Correct and reasonable nursing is very important part in implanting 125 I seeds into tissue guiding CT. |
