血管组织工程相关生长因子的控制释放研究进展

摘    要:生长因子在细胞的黏附、增殖和组织的再生过程中发挥着重要的作用。将生长因子负载于高分子材料支架上,可以实现对生长因子的控制释放。其释放机制随负载方法的不同而存在着差异。本文总结了共混、凝胶、微球包埋以及化学键合法在血管组织工程中相关生长因子控制释放方面的研究进展,并指出了超细纤维包埋法的应用前景。

Abstract:Growth factors play an important role in cell adhesion and proliferation as well as in tissue regeneration. By incorporating growth factors into polymer scaffolds, controlled release of them can be performed. The release mechanism is varied with the incorporation methods. In this paper, the latest advances in the controlled release of growth factors by blending, hydrogel, microsphere embedding and chemical bonding are reviewed. The potential application of ultrafine fibric embedding in growth factor delivery is described as well.
