| 摘 要： | 目的 :为了探讨前癃通胶囊治疗BPH的作用机理。方法 :对 6 0例BPH进行了临床观察 ,治疗组 30例给予前癃通胶囊 ,对照组 30例给予癃闭舒治疗 3个月。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 83.3% ,明显优于对照组 ,经统计学处理P <0 .0 5。不良反应的发生率为 0 .3%。结论 :前癃通胶囊治疗BPH疗效肯定 ,副作用少。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the mechanism of Qoanlongtong capsules in patients of BPH.Methods:60 cases of BPHwere divided into two groups:30 cases in the trial group treated with Qianlongtong granules and the other 30 cases in thecontrolled group using LongBiShu capsule.The efficacy wasevaluated after a three-months follow-up.Results:The total effiective rate in trial group was,significantly difference from the controlled group (P<0.05).The sideeffectrate in trial group was.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Qianlongtong capsules in BPHwas satis factory and seldom in side effect. |
