康复护理对脑卒中早期患者生活质量的影响

目的观察早期康复护理对急性脑卒中偏瘫患者功能及生活能力恢复的疗效。方法选择脑梗死偏瘫患者101例，随机分观察组52例，对照组49例，两组药物治疗基本相同。其观察组在药物治疗同时早期进行系统康复训练，对照组进行常规康复训练护理。并分别于治疗前及治疗后3个月依据简化Fugl．Meyer运动功能评定量表及Barthel指数评定进行上下肢运动功能状态和日常生活能力的评测。结果治疗后3个月观察组肢体运动功能评分和日常生活能力指数明显优于对照组。结论早期采用康复疗法优于一般内科治疗，说明早期康复治疗能够提高患者的生活质量。

Early rehabilitation care for stroke patients with the quality of life

Objective To investigate the effects of the early rehabilitation nursing on thefunction and viabuty of acute stroke. Methods 101acute stroke patients were randomly divided into rehabilitation group （52cases）that received systematic rehabilitation early and control group（49cases）. The drug treatment oFboth group is alike. To assess patient＇ s motor function of paraplegic limb and activity of daily living, Fugl-meyer Motor Assessment Scale and Bathel Index were used in assessment before and after3 months of thetreatment. Restilts The scores of Fugl-meyer Motor Assessment Scale and Bathel Index in rehabilitation group were significandy higher than that of control group in post-therapy stage （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The early intervention and systematic rehabilitation project promote the quality of life of stroke patients.
