妇科手术患者健康教育的实施和效果评价

目的 探讨对妇科手术患者实施健康教育的效果.方法 随机选取我院2010年6月-2013年6月期间收治的妇科手术患者120例,随机平均分为实验组和对照组,对实验组患者进行健康教育,对照组不采取健康教育措施.采用调查问卷的方式对两组患者手术前后疾病相关知识的掌握情况、对护理质量的满意度、情绪稳定情况、术后体重变化情况及术后肠功能情况进行调查统计.结果 实验组患者的疾病相关知识掌握度、对护理质量的满意度及情绪稳定情况均明显优于对照组,差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）;实验组患者的肛门排气时间、肠鸣音的恢复时间以及出院时体重变化程度明显小于对照组,差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 对妇科手术患者实施健康教育,有利于改善患者的手术依从性,降低术后并发症的发生率,促进患者术后健康恢复.

The Implementation and Effectiveness Evaluation of Health Education for Patients with Gynecologic Surgery

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of the implementation of health education in patients who had a gynecologic surgery. METHODS Randomly selected 120 patients of gynecologic surgery in the hospital between June 2010 and June 2013, patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group and the control group, the experimental group were in health education, the control group did not take action. Using questionnaires way to grasp the situation before and after the surgery of patients about the disease-related knowledge, satisfaction with quality of care, emotional stability, postoperative weight changes and postoperative bowel function. RESULTS Experiment group＇s degree of disease-related knowledge to grasp, the degree of satisfaction with the quality of care and emotional stability conditions were significantly better than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）; experiment group patients＇ flatus, bowel sounds recovery time and the degree of change in weight at discharge was significantly less than the control group, the difference was significant（P〈O.05）. CONCLUSION Health education in gynecologist surgery patients is good for improving patient＇s compliance, reducing complication and promoting postoperative recovery.
